Zhengzhou Kaixiang Packaging Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014 and is located in Hezhuang Town, Xinzheng, Henan Province. We are a direct manufacturer specializing in custom paper packaging. We provide packaging services from structural discussions and sample approval through to finished-goods delivery, with a focus on brand presentation, product protection and transport needs.
Our products cover eight categories: paper cans, round paper tubes, square paper tubes, folding cartons, rigid boxes, paper bags, printed corrugated cartons and labels. Based on each product's use, dimensions and application, we work with customers to confirm the packaging structure, materials, printing and appearance. Round, square and custom-shaped paper tube structures can be developed to meet project requirements. Our products are not limited to particular industries; we can develop packaging for customers in food, dietary supplements, personal care, gifts and other sectors.
Factory & capacity
Kaixiang has approximately 8,000 m² of factory space, 12 production lines and several dozen processing machines. Daily production capacity can reach up to 100,000 units for standard specifications. Related products have been granted Chinese design patents. Printing, finishing, packing and warehousing are arranged according to the product. Production quantities and delivery schedules for individual orders are confirmed based on the packaging structure, processes involved and production schedule.
Production & quality
Quality control runs throughout production. Incoming materials—including paper, paperboard, ink and adhesive—are inspected on arrival. Before mass production, the first article is inspected and approved for dimensions, color, print registration and finishing effects. During production, processes such as tube winding, forming, printing, hot stamping and UV finishing are sampled at scheduled intervals. Finished products are inspected according to sampling standards before shipment, and inspection records are provided with the goods.
How we work
We follow a four-step process: requirements discussion, structure development and sampling, customer approval, then production and delivery. Specifications, artwork, samples and usage requirements are confirmed item by item before production, providing a clear basis for each step. The same team follows the project from sampling through to the bulk order, with one point of contact for the customer.
Certification & markets
The company holds FSC® Chain of Custody certification (certificate code NEO-COC-196251; trademark license code FSC-C196251). Whether a specific product may carry an FSC claim depends on the certificate scope and the relevant order and delivery documents. We are also qualified to import and export goods and technology and to provide import/export agency services. Our products are exported to markets in Europe and North America.
